However, it’s hard to concentrate these days with all the medical issues surrounding Coronavirus in the forefront of everyone’s mind.
So, here are some writing exercises to help you work through your anxious feelings and get some writing done.
Write as your main character listing all the values in their life they hold dear.
Write as your main character speaking about one thing they can improve on and how they intend to do it.
Write your main character going through their morning (or nighttime) routine and discovering one thing they could do to make it better.
Write about one thing your main character needs to let go of.
Write down the lyrics to your main character’s favorite song – then write about why it makes them happy.
